The City of Arkadelphia Housing Authority request SEALED bids from qualified firms to provide the Housing development with the goods, and services required to purchase and install smooth flat top 3 rail black iron ornamental fence at 3 site locations totaling approximately 2600 linear feet as well as demo existing chain link.
Beginning August 6th , 2023 the Invitation for Bid will be available free of charge at the AHA office, located at 670 South 6th Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923, or online at https://www.housingarkadelphia.org/ All bids submitted must be received no later than September 12th , 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (CST). A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Tuesday August 22nd, 2023, at 9:00a.m. All vendors are highly encouraged to attend.
This Invitation for Bid contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a bid for this service. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished per the instruction and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the address of the bidder, job number, date and time of bid opening.
