The Town of Pyatt is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified civil engineering firms who provide engineering services to assist in the evaluation, planning, design, including ADA accessibility, cost estimates, site inspections, and procurement for city projects occurring during fiscal year 2024 and 2025, should such water system rehabilitation/public works/park improvement projects be selected for funding from State and/or Federal agencies. The maximum amount of funds available for an engineering contract will be based on funding source administration guidelines. All individuals or firms shall be qualified to do business in and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Arkansas.
Submit responses to NWAEDD at the address below before 2:00pm Thursday January 18, 2024. Sealed Statements of Qualifications shall be delivered and addressed to:

A selection committee appointed by the Town of Pyatt will conduct an evaluation of all proposals submitted in response to the SOQ. The evaluation procedure will follow state procurement requirements.
All responses not fully addressing each criterion will be considered non-responsive offers and will be eliminated from consideration.
The qualification receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process may be selected for negotiation of contract. The Town of Pyatt will notify all unsuccessful offerors of the contract award once contract negotiations have been completed. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject all SOQ’s.
