ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - REBID
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Pump Station #14 Bar Screen will be received by Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility at 1520 Ohio Street, Pine Bluff, AR 71601, until 10:00 a.m. local time on October 13, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing a concrete channel, ancillary piping, electrical, etc., and installation of an owner-procured bar screen.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.

The Issuing Office representative during bidding for this project is Brad Wingfield, P.E., 501-221-7122. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below.
Contract Documents may be obtained for $30 at www.pmico.com by viewing the project from the Current Bids link. All prime bidders are required to be registered on the Plan Holders List by purchasing and downloading the bid documents from the online plan room. Addendums will be through the online plan room to prime bidders included on the Plan Holders List. Contact QuestCDN at 952-233-1632 for assistance and free membership registration.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on October 4, 2022, at Pump Station #14 located at 3221 Camden Road, Pine Bluff, AR. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
