The City of Ward, Arkansas invites bids on improvements to Balding Road that include: excavation, Class 7 crushed stone base, shaping and grading and asphalt paving.
Detailed plans and specifications are available for inspection at City Hall or the engineer’s office, Bond Consulting Engineers, Inc., 2601 T.P. White Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas.
