Birmingham Watermain Rehab Project
ACEDP Grant #790-09168-20
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of the Birmingham Watermain Rehabilitation Project which includes replacement of the existing watermain along the Birmingham Alleyway with an 8-inch PVC watermain in Gravette, Arkansas, will be received at:
Gravette City Hall

Bids will be received until 10:30am on November 22, 2022 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of the construction of 1,200 linear feet of construction with fittings, hydrants and local connections as described on the plan documents. The water main work begins at 2nd Avenue SE and continues east to 6th Avenue SE, within the existing alleyway limits. Additionally, work will include connecting to side street water mains as described in the plans.
No partial sets will be issued . No paper sets will be issued or sold prior to bidding. No half-size sets will be sold or issued prior to bid opening.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by Owner as having received bid documents will not be opened.
