NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, February 6, 2024, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Boiler Replacement at Arkadelphia Human Development Center located in Arkadelphia, AR for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. PR #7102404
There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on January 30, 2024, at the Maintenance Shop for Arkadelphia HDC, 1 Prator Drive, Arkadelphia, AR 71923. The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any Bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s).
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Insight Engineering, PLLC, 322 State Street, Suite 201, Little Rock, AR 72201, and Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (501) 372-4011. Prime bidders will be furnished three (3) sets of bidding documents at no charge.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. ยง 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
