The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting responses to a Request for Information from any Internet Service Providers interested in helping the City bring fiber-optic broadband to every home and business in the city. Any interested ISP may submit a response to the Administration Department by 3:00 PM CST on November 3, 2022, in the City Hall Building, 400 North Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFI from the Administration Department or by clicking here .

Hand delivered packets may be delivered to the City Hall Building, 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, AR 72761; mailed packets shall be sent to City of Siloam Springs, P.O Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761. Both hand delivered and mailed packets shall be marked “Attention: City Administrator – RFI for Partnership for a Citywide Fiber Optic Network”, and must be delivered to the City by the above time and date.

The City will evaluate each responding ISP’s information. The City’s goal is to open a dialog with potential partners, and the City may selectively reach out to Respondents. The City also may take no action after reviewing responses.
