The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for mowing select rights-of-way in the City of Siloam Springs, including medians on US Hwy 412. Subject to annual appropriation by the Siloam Springs Board of Directors, the contract shall be for a period of 3 consecutive mowing seasons from April 2024 to October 2026. The mowing season is defined as a 30-week period from mid-April to mid-October.

Bids must be received before 2PM CST on January 12, 2024. Sealed bids may be submitted in-person at the Parks and Recreation office located at 401 West University Street, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Sealed bids cannot be sent electronically. The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities. The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
