The City of Siloam Springs is requesting statements of qualifications for the services necessary to conduct and prepare a needs assessment and feasibility study for a new Recreation Center. The proposed facility will be constructed on approximately 29 acres owned by the City of Siloam Springs. The City will accept Statements of Qualifications until 3PM on Friday, July 21 ^st , 2023.

Proposals may also be hand delivered to Administrative Assistant Kelly Carr at the Parks and Recreation Office, 401 W. University St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761.

Mailed proposals must be sent to PO Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR 72761, “Attn: Parks & Rec Manager—Rec Center Feasibility Study SOQ,” and must be delivered to the City before the above time and date.
