The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting statements of qualification and proposals for seasonal operation and management of the Siloam Springs Kayak Park for the 2023 season until 5PM on Tuesday, January 17
th

Complete specifications may also be obtained from the Parks & Recreation Office during business hours at 401 W. University St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM.

Proposals may also be hand delivered to Administrative Assistant Kelly Carr at the Parks and Recreation Office, 401 W. University St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761.
Mailed proposals must be sent to PO Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR 72761, “Attn: Parks & Rec Manager—Kayak Park Operator Proposal,” and must be delivered to the City by the above time and date.
