The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting proposals for seasonal lease and operation of the Siloam Springs Kayak Park for the 2024 season until 5PM on Friday, February 9th, 2024.

Proposals may also be hand delivered to Administrative Assistant Kelly Carr at the Parks and Recreation Office, 401 W. University St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761.

Mailed proposals must be sent to PO Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR 72761, “Attn: Parks & Rec Manager—Kayak Park Operator Proposal,” and must be delivered to the City by the above time and date.
