The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed proposals to replace the City’s Integrated Utility Financial Software until 2:00 P.M. on January 31st, 2024, at the City Finance Department in the City Administration Building at 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. All interested parties may obtain complete specifications from the City Finance Department, at the address listed above or by contacting City Finance at 479-238-0909 or kmyrick@siloamsprings.com

. Sealed proposals should be mailed to P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761, Attn: Kayla Myrick/Integrated Financial Software. Hand Deliveries may be made to 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, AR. Proposals must be received by the above date and time.
The City shall open and compare the proposals and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible proposer, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive irregularities. The proposals must remain in effect for ninety (90) days after the above date and time.
The City of Siloam Springs’ Finance Department is paying for this notice.
