The City of Siloam Springs is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the City’s Wastewater Plant Headworks Upgrade project.

Proposals must be received by January 12, 2024; 4:00 PM Central Standard Time.
