GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:  The Washington County Building & Grounds Office is requesting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified contractors to remove and recaulk all exterior caulk joints, and clean and seal all exterior masonry at the Washington County Courthouse located at 280 N. College Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701

Requirement:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and

2. Bidders must submit technical data for the materials they propose using along with the corresponding warranty

information for the following products:

a) Caulking

b) Masonry Cleaner

c) Masonry Sealer

3. The County will make a 2008 S‐60 Genie Lift available to the successful contractor at no cost. All additional hoisting and/or lifting devices required to be provided by contractor.
