GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Washington County Arkansas Department of Emergency Management is accepting bids for the purchase and delivery of One (1) NEW 2024 LT Chevrolet 3500HD 4WD Crew Cab single wheel 172” complete truck. The vehicle shall be equipped with the emergency warning devices and utility bed installed prior to delivery and acceptance. The vehicle and up fit items shall be the most current production model with no used or remanufactured parts or components with all the listed equipment installed prior to delivery. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. NO SUBSTITUTIONS.

REQUIREMENT:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
2. Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.

Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection

1. BID posted on County website and legal notice published, August 18, 2023.
2. BID requests for interpretations to be submitted by 2:00PM on August 25, 2023.
3. BID due at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
4. BID opened at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
