Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain responses and establish a Qualified Vendors List (“QVL”) of licensed contractors (“vendor” or “contractor”) for commercial painting and coating services for future LRWRA projects. It is not possible to forecast LRWRA’s needs for commercial painting and coating services, however, work may include the performance of maintenance, repairs, and installation of all types of wastewater facility projects.
