Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain a qualified consulting firm to assist LRWRA in the ongoing development of our public education and outreach programs for the utility, including communications, marketing, and media relations.
