The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Arkansas Blueprint Company, 10110 W. Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, (501) 312-0050. Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Hanson & McLaughlin, LLC, 320 Executive Court, Suite 202, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, on Mondays through Fridays during normal business hours.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon the non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Hanson & McLaughlin, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the Issuing Office.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM local time on June 20, 2023 at the Hot Springs Purchasing Division, Conference Room, 324 Malvern Avenue, 2nd Floor, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Sealed paper responses to this invitation can also be submitted to the Purchasing Division by mail or in person. Facsimile submissions are not acceptable. The sealed envelope, including express envelopes , must be identified as a sealed bid and show the item or bid number.

All responses must be submitted no later than the date and time shown above for consideration.
