The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau ("LRCVB") and the City of Little Rock are excited to start engaging developers, operators, and other private sector organizations in the Request for Information (RFI) process regarding a re-imagination of the River Market Hall and adjacent assets in Little Rock, Arkansas. The LRCVB has been working with City leadership, JLL's tourism practice leaders, and key stakeholders to develop the attached RFI. This project has the potential to bring significant economic growth and vibrancy to Little Rock and enhance the city and region as a desirable visitor destination and great place to live, work, and play. The vision will re-invigorate the core visitor destination of Downtown Little Rock while improving the quality of life for our residents.

The selected partner will also have the opportunity to determine the Market Hall's and amphitheater's future by collaborating to create a new direction including funded capital improvements and operational enhancements.
