Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is inviting vendors to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a qualified vendor to provide commercial real estate services, including acting as a broker and providing consulting services. Vendors must have the resources, experience, and abilities to provide commercial real estate acquisition activities, including site selection review, preliminary assessment of market value and suita bility for intended use, appropriate due diligence, negotiation of purchase agreements, and other such activities.
