Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority ("LRWRA") is issuing a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for SCADA Upgrades. The intent of this solicitation is to seek a responsive, responsible, and qualified vendor to provide professional services for the upgrade of LRWRA's Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition ("SCADA") system.
