Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is inviting qualified vendors to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a contract for the vendor develop, conduct, and facilitate a comprehensive economic impact study (“study”) that is an in-depth analysis of the economic value of the LRWRA, its facilities, and activities to local and regional communities.
