This Invitation to Bid (ITB) has been issued by Central Arkansas Water (CAW) to obtain pricing and a contract for the purchase of janitorial services at Maryland Avenue Complex located at 1500 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72120.
The initial term of contract shall commence on February 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
All providers of this type of service are required to attend a one-time meeting to inspect the location. The inspection will begin at 10:00a.m.CT, Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Bids will only be accepted from responsible providers who attended the tour Maryland Complex.
