Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to seek a highly qualified firm that is well versed in tax requirements for public entities in the State of Arkansas to perform an audit and evaluation of LRWRA’s sales and use tax payments.
