Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain responses and establish a Qualified Vendors List (“QVL”) of licensed contractors (“vendor” or “contractor”) for general contracting services for future LRWRA projects. It is not possible to forecast LRWRA’s needs for general contracting services, however, work may include the performance of maintenance, repairs, installation, and construction of all types of wastewater facility projects. LRWRA anticipates projects to range in size and scope. Reference Section 3 –Work Assignments and Bond Requirements of Attachment A.
