The project consists of the relocation of the existing Thibault Road from Zeuber Road to 2,600’ west of Frazier Pike located in Pulaski County, AR, which will contain the construction of a new roadway and installing an asphalt section capable of withstanding industrial traffic. The drainage within the new right of way will be improved to accommodate the stormwater runoff. Drainage improvements will include, but not be limited to, new roadside ditches and installation of culverts at roadway crossing and driveway locations.
