Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority ("LRWRA") is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the install and service of a Wide Area Network ("WAN"). The intent of this solicitation is to seek a data service provider to install and service a WAN using a Metro Ethernet type of product.
