PLEASE READ SOLICITATION AND ITS ENTIRETY
PURPOSE
Central Arkansas Water (“CAW”) is seeking partnership opportunities with various agencies to collaborate on marketing, public relations and public-policy initiatives and strategies in the near term and are currently accepting Annual Statements of Qualifications (ASQ) from qualified firms interested in assisting CAW with professional public relations, marketing, advertising, videography, photography, event planning, web and electronic media services, consumer research or education, strategic planning and public-policy initiatives. CAW intends to contract with more than one firm to provide the different service requirements covered by this request for ASQs.
CAW is interested in receiving Annual Statements of Qualifications from professional firms who can demonstrate through past projects their ability to complete projects that may develop throughout the year.
At such time thereafter that a specific project may arise requiring the professional services, CAW shall evaluate the approved Annual Statements of Qualifications on file and select a firm to complete the project based on expertise, delivery and other factors.
CLARIFICATION OF ASQ AND QUESTIONS
A.
Vendors may submit written questions requesting clarification of information contained in this solicitation. Written questions should be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Central Time on Thursday, February 1st. Submit written questions by email to the CAW buyer as shown on page one (1) of this solicitation.

For each question submitted, vendor should reference the specific solicitation item number to which the question refers.

Vendors’ written questions will be consolidated and responded to by CAW. CAW's consolidated written response is anticipated to be posted to the CAW website by the close of business on Friday, February 3rd.
B.
Vendors may contact the CAW Purchasing Section with procurement-related questions at any time prior to the bid opening date and time. Answers to verbal questions may be given as a matter of courtesy and must be evaluated at vendor’s risk.
