This Invitation to Bid (ITB) has been issued by Central Arkansas Water (CAW) to obtain pricing and a contract for the purchase of SePRO SonarOne ® (EPA registry number 67690-45) and SePRO Genesis ® (EPA registry number 67690-54) fluridone based selective aquatic herbicide, SePRO Sonar Genesis® (EPA registry number 67690-54) concentrated Fluridone based selective aquatic herbicide packaged in 1-gallon containers. Required concentration of 0.5 pounds of Fluridone (1-methyl-3-phenyl-5-[3-(trifluromethyl)phenyl]-4(1H)-pyridinone) per gallon with 4 containers per case. A minimum quantity of 528 gallons is required in 2023, The provision of an automated injection system capable of targeting a 2 ppm Fluridone dose, complete with remote data control, for the Sonar Genesis application or approved equal(s).

A Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation. CAW shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, to add or remove specifications, to add or remove service locations, and to add or remove any services offered by the vendor under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of CAW. The Vendor and CAW shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes.
