This is a Brand name or equal to Request for Quote (RFQ) for: QTY: 2 Portable Digital Sign Boards SMC 5000 3 Feet X 6 feet Display Mini Full Matrix Message Board, SKU: SMC5000N. Any equal to offer must meet all salient characteristics, see attached specifications sheet in the RFQ.



In order to quote:(1) please review 12444223Q0017 (SF1449, RFQ and Specifications) (2) fill in, sign and return the schedule of items on page three (3) answers the two questions in the Reps and Certs (4) if quoting an alternate to this Brand name or equal to requirement, complete the Brand name or equal to section in the RFQ and send the MFR specifications sheet with your quote.
