Description

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-23-R-0107 for the supply of M8 Smoke Pot Metal Components (Container, Inner Cover Assembly, and Outer Cover Assembly).





This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed priced five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Requirements call for sustained production for five years (5 year IDIQ) for the M8 metal components, from approximately December 2024 through November 2029. Estimated quantity per year:





FY 25: 3,600

FY 26: 3,600

FY 27: 3,600

FY 28: 3,500

FY 29: 3,500

The RFQ will be solicited under NAICS 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Place of Performance: US Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal Pine Bluff, AR 71602.





The response date is for archive purposes only and is NOT the date in which offers are due. The date offers are due will be issued with the RFQ. Estimated RFQ issue date is May 2024. This is an estimated date only and may be subject to change. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award resulting from this solicitation. The RFQ and any amendments will be available electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(a)(l); at the following internet address: https://www.sam.gov in May 2024.
