McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital and the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas respectively. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. All interested parties must be listed in the U. S. Small Business Administration s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration.
