The 188th Wing intends to sole source the delivery and installation of an additional Access Control System in Building 220, which will tie into existing Security Network/System to Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the approved/authorized Access Control and Intrusion Detection system contractor for the security system at the 188th Wing.

This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Advantor installed the current security system at the base and is the sole manufacturer. All qualified sources must respond not later than 10 A.M. CST, 8 June 2023.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
