Description
1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 16, intends to solicit quotes for Wheelchair Transport services for the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, AR. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C25624Q0035.

2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 485991 (Special Needs Transportation) and the small business size standard is $19.0 Million. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov will be used to verify SDVOSB status of Quoters. Uncertified SDVOSBs are considered deficient and will not be evaluated.

3. The intended contract period is March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2029.

4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, https://sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is Jan 5, 2024, and the anticipated closing date is Jan 31, 2024. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times.
