The Arkansas National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, with a Period of Performance of June 2, 2023 - June 16, 2023, to The Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. D/B/A SANS Institute located at 11200 Rockville Pike, Suite 200; North Bethesda, MD, 20852 in support of the CyberShield 2023 training exercise. The contract will provide on-site proprietary SANS NetWars Tournament Training in support of the exercise. The SANS Institute has the exclusive right and appropriate copyright protection to produce, sell, and deliver SANS products and services. Only SANS can offer the official SANS Curriculum and SANS Certified Instructors to deliver training on any SANS class, including all Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) prep courses required by the Department of Defense Cyber Command for all Cyber Protection Team members.

These services will be provided at the National Guard Professional Education Center located on Camp J.T. Robinson in North Little Rock Arkansas 72199. NAICS code will be 611430 – “Professional & Management Development Services”. FAR 6.302-1(a) is being used to solicit this requirement as a sole source requirement.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the ARARNG USPFO for Arkansas within fifteen (15) calendar days from the posting of this notice.
