THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A MULTIPLE AWARD BPA TO HOTELS ALREADY ESTABLISHED WITH LRAFB LODGING.

The 189th Airlift Wing intends to establish a multiple award BPA with off-installation hotels already in contract with LRAFB Lodging and located within 15 miles of the base. The 189AW requires single and double rooms in addition to the on-installation Razorback Inn for regularly scheduled drills, additional Inactive Duty days and other occasions where centralized billing is appropriate for Air National Guardsmen on orders.

The Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will adhere to purchase limitations set forth within each “Agreement” and not otherwise exceed limitations contained under FAR Subpart 13.303-5. All hotels will be subject to the miniumn standards in compliance with the Air Force Service Agency and in accordance with AFI 34-135, Air Force Lodging Program.

This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303-2 under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 721110 – Lodging (except casino hotels) with a Small Business Size Standard of $40 Million. The PSC code is V213 – Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel.
