1.Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) –Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas 72099, intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Harrison Energy Partners to remove/replace (2 each) Valent dx cooling coil units (model number: VPR-310-30C-40I-C-3DX) and expansion valves, and Nortec (1 each) humidifier fill solenoid valve (model number: NHTC+ 200 Outdoor) from Little Rock AFB, AR. Based on current market research Harrison Energy Partners is the logical follow on for the specific service therefore, making them the sole source capable of fulfilling this requirement.

2.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
