Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Embassy Suites. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.
