This Sources Sought(SS)/Request for Information(RFI) is in support of market research being conducted by Arkansas Army National Guard PEC (Professional Education Center) for Strategic Education & Instructor Support Services (see attached PWS). This requirement is for a base plus 4 year options for Education Service with a NAICS code of 611710 and PSC of U009. All services will take place at the Arkansas Army National Guard Professional Center, Camp Joseph T Robinson North Little Rock Arkansas 72199. All pricing information will only be used as research information for future funding purposes. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. The responding parties are solely responsible for any costs associated with their response. The government will not reimburse any company or any individual for any expenses associated with preparation, submission, or participation in response to this notice. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this sources sought notice.
