Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.



This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation for Qty: 50 (EA) Kiosk chargers as described in the attached Purchase Description.





BASIS OF AWARD: A Firm Fixed Price delivery order will be awarded based on the lowest price offer meeting the requirements of this RFQ and the attached Purchase Description.



The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023‐04.



Prior to award, the vendor must be registered and have completed online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov

Quotes shall be acceptable through 30 Sep 2023



Final quotes are due no later than 11 Aug 2023 @ 10:00am CST. Quotes should be marked with RFQ number W50S6P23Q0005. Quotes may be hand carried or emailed to the ANG Contracting Office, Attention: MSgt Hope Townes, Room 101. If emailed, submit quotes to hope.townes@us.af.mil with the subject line to read “Quote: RFQ W50S6P23Q0005.”
