Contract Opportunity

The Ouachita National Forest and Ozark-St.Francis National Forest has a requirement for Porta Potty Rentals and Service during the 2024 Solar Eclipse event on April 8th, 2024. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits and licensing necessary. Multiple awards may be made depending on the best value for the Government. Bidding on any and all line items or Forest is at the discretion of the interested contractor.

This solicitation includes the following attachments;

1) Attachment 1 - Performance Relevancy Questionnaire

2) Attachment 2 - GPS Coordinances of dropoff locations

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This procurement is set aside Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 562991 – Septic and Related Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.0 Mil. This project is 100% Small Business set aside.

Contractors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of Proposals are due to be considered responsive and eligible for this award.

The Proposal due date is Monday, March 4, 2024 @ 1200PM CST via e-mail to rakeem.bolden@usda.gov & with subject line 12444224Q0010 2024 Eclipse Porta Potty Rental. You will receive a reply email back within a day or two. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bid was received.
