Set Aside: This is a total small business set-aside.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
This solicitation, W50S6P23Q0007, is being issued as a Request for Quotation for the performance to facilitate the development, enhance the security, and optimize the performance of the web application known as SHIELD. The goal is to deliver a robust and efficient application that ensures the utmost protection against cyber threats while achieving significant performance gains.
The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023‐04.
BASIS OF AWARD: A Firm Fixed Price delivery order will be awarded based on price and the ability to meet the requirements stated in the attached PWS.
Prior to award, the vendor must be registered and have completed online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
