The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Southern Market Division Contracting Division intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Becton, Dickinson, and Company to provide maintenance and support services for GSL-manufactured equipment and systems applications for the 19th Medical Group, Little Rock AFB, Arkansas under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only one source reasonably available. The applicable NAICS code is 811210, with a corresponding size standard of $30M.

BACKGROUND

The 19th Medical Group, located at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, is requesting an acquisition of BD Auto-notification feature/services hardware and software; Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Maintenance of the IntelliSys Operating System (OS) and related equipment support for the Intellicab/IntelliVault system which includes remote and on-site support, parts other than OEM servers, and periodic updates to GSL Solutions operating system; and RMF Support for the BD Intellicab which includes hardware/software support, remote and onsite support, and parts.
