Purchase Order: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract. Award will be

made using a Lowest Price evaluation. Technical and Past Performance data from CPAR, BBB review etc is deemed

acceptable and will not be submitted. Contractor SHALL provide their/subcontractors credentials for asbestos/hazmat

abatement qualifications.

Location: The sites) of work are: The project is located at the Ouachita Job Corps address is 570 Job Corps Rd Royal, AR

Scope of Work (summarized): The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to demolish and/or

salvage Education Building at the site and remove all materials associated with the building. The work will include the

following:

The removal of the building, all materials, foundations, and approaching pavement and sidewalks in the attached

documents and marked on the map. Grade and dress areas disturbed by work or removal of buildings and concrete

sidewalks requiring soil stabilization. See Attachment 2 for details.
