Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) –Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas 72099, intends to award on a sole-source basis, a contract to I-Tech A/V, LLC for the 19 AW Command Post A/V Upgrade. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. Based on current market research, I-Tech A/V LLC has proprietary right to the software and exclusive rights to the upgrade of custom control code software for the Crestron system for 19 AW CP. Therefore, making them the sole source capable of fulfilling this requirement.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
