Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Advantor Systems Corporation. The major components that transmit, record, and receive data that pertain the the IDS, duress, and CCTV equipment are the property of Advantor Systems. These Systems holds proprietary information and Advantor mandates that only Advantor Technicians are allowed to maintain/work on them. As such, Advantor will not integrate any other brand of transmission components to their existing systems. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
