The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a Modix Big-Meter V4 Modix Large Scale 3D Printer.

Item Description:

The Modix Big-Meter V4 Modix Large Scale 3D Printer or Equal shall have at a minimum:

• A Single 3D printer with dual print heads with three independent heated print bed controllers.


• The Print Volume (XYZ) shall be 1,000x1,000x1,000 mm.


• Compatible with any open market standard slicer. Printing profiles will be proved to : Slic3r (free), Cura (free) & Simplified 3D (~150$).


• Standalone operation with SD Card or Wi-Fi. Can use direct computer USB connection with many 3D Printer controller software such as Pronterface, Cura, Simplified 3D.


• Closed ACP Enclosure


• Casters


• Hiwin Rails for Z-Axis


• Spool Shelf


• Clog Detector


• Crash Detector


• Griffin Extruder


• PT-1000 High-Temp Sensor


• Tilt Screen & Emergency Button
