W9127S23Q0028: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to Pigler Automation, LLC.





This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to MGX Equipment (cage: 97PQ6) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)



This requirement is to provide replacement cables and hoses for the Manitowoc 18000 barge mounted crane. All parts must be Manitowoc replacement parts and provided by a certified Manitowoc parts dealer.



The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
