Background
Nursing is requesting the purchase od Stand aids for CAVHS patient use.
Salient characteristics:
• Lift is intended to aid the patient in sit to stand, transfers, or walking.
• Patient lift must hold at least 400 pounds and this weight limit should be noted on the lift.
• Patient lift must have removable foot plate that weighs no more than 12 pounds and is no smaller than 14” X 17” X 14”.
• Lift must have base with widening/narrowing ability.
• Lift must fit through a 24” door at its narrowest setting.
• Lift must have pneumatic sit to stand assist.
• Lift seat pads must have 2 positions and lock into place.
• Lift must have a turning diameter no greater than 46.1”.
• Lift leg clearance (under bed/stretcher) no more than 3.4”.
• Lift must have shin pads with ability to adjust up/down, in/out, or be removable.
• Lift must have encapsulated casters to reduce hair and dirt buildup.
• Lift must have O2 tank/IV pole holder option.
• Lift must have color-coded levers and knobs.
• Lift must have a QR code for education on operation.
• Lift must have a warrant of 2 years on mechanical lift components
Delivery:
- Vendor shall deliver equipment no later than 30-days from the date of award.
- Four units to be delivered to each of the following sites Monday – Friday (Excluding National Holidays), 8am – 4:30pm:
