STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AESCULAP DERMATOLOGY INSTRUMENT SETS

1. Contracting Officer s Representative (COR).

2. Contract Title. Procurement of the AESCULAP DERMATOLOGY INSTRUMENT SETS
3. Background.
The Dermatology Clinic at the G.V.(Sonny) Montgomery VAMC is need of new instrumentation for dermatology procedures and the new providers performing those procedures. Veterans are having to be sent out to outside facilities for these procedures due to the reduced availability of these instuments. The purchase of these advanced instrument sets would allow Veterans to receive their care at this facility.

Vendor shall provide the dermatology instrument trays as described in the technical requirements below for the Montgomery VA Medical Center at 1500 E WOODROW WILSON AVE in Jackson, MS.

4. Specific Tasks.

None.

5. Training

No training is required. These instrument sets will be utilized with the current system already in place.
6. Warranty
The contractor shall provide a one year manufacturer s warranty on all parts and labor.
The warranty shall include all travel and shipping costs associated with any warranty repair.
7. Delivery

The vendor shall provide the dermatology instrument set within 9 weeks of purchase. These items shall arrive during normal business hours and on a non-federal holiday at the following address:
